Laser Cutting, Etching & Contouring
Our in house 2KW fiber laser cutting machine is capable of cutting 60” x 120” sheets of: mild steel up to 5/8”, stainless steel up to 5/16”, aluminum up to 1/4”, and brass/copper up to 3/16”.
Metal Works
Our metal fabrication capabilities include precision cutting with a saw that can handle materials up to 18 inches wide by 16 inches high, accurate shearing of sheets up to 14 feet long and ¼ inch thick, and rolling capacity for materials up to 6 feet by ¼ inch. Additionally, our 225-ton CNC press brake ensures consistent, high-quality bends and can accommodate sheets up to 12 feet in length.
